Records we keep
- Customer records: orders, delivery details, account details, communications.
- Company records: statutory, financial and tax records.
- Supplier and service-provider records.
How to request a record
Send the prescribed request form (Form 2) to our Information Officer. The Information Regulator’s guide and forms are at inforegulator.org.za. A request fee may apply as prescribed by the regulations.
